Also in Sep a Legislature authorized a $100 million loan for HCL Cleantech, that should modify biomass to sugars for industrial products. The association has betrothed to deposit $1 billion and emanate 800 jobs in Mississippi. It skeleton to work in Olive Branch, Grenada, Booneville, Hattiesburg and Natchez.
